hEllo!
Wow! I've had a long weekend. I went to watch Babul with Divya at Bugis. On the way there, my sandal broke and i had really bad shoe bite on the back of my left foot. Secondly, the movie was really boring. It was so exaggerated and so not surprising at all. Anyway, after the movie, somehow we landed in Suntec City after going through a wrong exit. And then we were perpetually broke. Anyway, i couldn't walk with just one heel so we stopped at Bata and bought a sandal there. You have no idea how glad i was to see the $10 sandal. Anyway, from Suntec City, we took a feeder bus to City Hall. I should mention at this point of time that it was already 9pm when we reached City Hall. From there, i finally reached home at 10.30, the latest ever! Now i have a really bad shoe bite and if i wear shoes for too long, i have to walk with a limp. Dang!
Then on Saturday, I had a really bad flu. I was sneezing like five times every minute. I even thought for one second that my head would just blow off if i sneezed any louder. And then my parents had to get in the act saying that some outside fresh air would do me some good. Ha! Do me good my foot! First, they woke me up from my panadol-induced sleep and then made me wear my shorts. And guess where we were going? To blooming Changi Beach!!! Oh for God's sake! But it wasn't much fun cuz i ran out of tissue on the beach and i had to hold my nose so that well, it wouldn't spill. And anyway, then it started to rain and we had to get back in the car. At last i thought i would be able to go home and sleep and wear my PJs. But alas! These are my parents we're talking about. So instead, we went to Mustafa!!!! Bloody hell! They wouldn't even let me out of the blooming car! Which a good thing because i was wearing my shorts. Not to be biased or anything, but it can get a little intidimating to wear shorts in front of men whose eyes turn the "other way round". As if that wasn't bad enough, my dad was playing " Who Let the Dogs Out?" very loudly and with the windows down. Right. Half the population there is Muslim!!!
At the end of it all. it went rather horrible.
And i can't possibly add about happened at the Science Centre. I would be morbildy depressed. Oh bugger!
